Constantine Levoyannis is a Director at FTI Consulting in Brussels and Head of the Greek Energy Forum’s Brussels branch. 

Constantine works in strategic communication, building integrated public affairs and communications campaigns. His activity is mainly focused on the energy and industrial sectors, advising across the value chain. He advises companies operating in challenging investment climates and sensitive political environments, specialising in EU engagement and political risk mitigation. Constantine works for a number of clients active in South East Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. 

Before joining FTI, Constantine worked for 6 months as an advisor at the Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations in New York. He then went on to work for five years in the European Parliament as a political advisor in the Industry, Research and Energy Committee, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the EU Delegation for relations with the United States and the EU-Turkey Joint Parliamentary Committee. He is a specialist in EU Public Affairs having negotiated several high-level strategic initiatives in the European Parliament including the reports on “Energy Roadmap to 2050” and “Shale gas” as well as EU-US joint declarations.  

Constantine is an Alumnus of the US State Department's International Visitor's Leadership Program on Energy Security and Foreign Policy.
